"When I arrived late on Thursday night (Friday AM), my room was not clean."

"I fully paid in advance for my son to stay in this hotel but they charged him a $20 "convenience" fee. I'm not happy about that. I feel they took advantage of my son."

The pool was a bit dirty due to a party that used it before we arrived. Having someone skim the pool after such a large party would be helpful.
