"I didn't like that I had to walk up 3 or 4 floors to get ice, which I couldn't find. That was a bad start. The room was nice, clean and comfortable - after we realized that your couldn't adjust the AC with a defect wall thermostat we just about froze until - duh - we realized you could turn it down at the source. The grill was a nice touch, especially since we didn't want a long drive to eat dinner."

"Nice light clean rooms with excellent heat and air system. Free shuttles to airport. One drawback was Website said shuttle to airport starts at 6 am. When I arrived at Doubletree I was told Shuttle started at 4 AM not 6 am. I could have taken an early flight if the website was correct. That was the only negative"
