"This is a small second generation family owned motel with owners on site. Newly remodeled bathroom, a very comfortable bed, plenty of water pressure and about 100 yards to the Atlantic Ocean. "Very clean room, lovely amenities.. we stayed there off season but proximity to the beach was great. Would definitely recommend!"

"Very pleasant and clean!"

"The location was close to the beach. Parking lot was small, but everyone there had parking. WiFi is on the lamp. In case you’re looking for it. It was perfect for what I needed it for. The front desk clerk was very helpful. I would stay there again."

"On Block Island. This is an old inn that is being updated and well maintained. Due to the nor’easter, we were the only guests, but the staff took good care of us. Room, bed, ac all quite nice, as was the roomy balcony. Convenient to ferry and many restaurants."
