"Air conditioner was not working right but the staff was helpful and brought another ac in that worked! The main thing was the refrigerator froze all of our stuff. The breakfast was ok, it has the same breakfast everyday as the only main entree was pancakes. No eggs, bacon, or sausage. So that was disappointing as I don't think this place is worth that much. But it was a nice little stay"

"Had a little trouble checking in because we booked third party and didn’t get the instruction text. However we were next door to a very loud dog and the staff went above and beyond to allow us access to another room away from the dog if it was still barking at bedtime. Luckily it was not and quieted down when the people came back from dinner. But the offer was very appreciated. I also liked having 3 separate beds when traveling with teenagers. Thank you!"

"Mold around the grout of the shower, tub. The water park had no slides open and the wave pool was down two days. The best part of my experience was the location to Cedar Point, and the breakfast buffet is reasonable priced and good options to choose from and flavorful."

The front desk lady was polite and helpful too. But, 1) the wifi was terrible. It struggled to load even one page. To be honest, i had to rely on my phones data plan almost entirely. 2) the bathroom door in our room also didn’t close fully. 3) The toilet at one point didn’t flush. Had to wait for like an hour then try...

"The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to restaurants or just taking a stroll through downtown. Our room was clean and very well decorated. While having a waterfall shower was great, there was only a partial glass wall and no shower door, so naturally when you shower there for is getting extremely wet. I would recommend bringing your own snacks, because the snacks they provide in the room are very pricy. The staff was super friendly!!"
