"The prepaid choices for breakfast for two people were not especially good. I waited for over 15 minutes for a piece of coffee cake, because I was forgotten. The coffee cake was hard as a rock.
When it came time to get on the shuttle for Ravinia, not organized at all. Someone should have been out there with the list of who signed up. People were eager to push others out of the way.
Hotel itself was clean and desk staff were helpful and friendly."

"The front desk staff wasn’t helpful at all. The ac in our room didn’t work the two hours we were in there. When I went to tell them that, they acted like I was a huge inconvenience and actually wanted me to wait longer.
The fact that this hotel didn’t offer any kind of complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. For the amount I paid for this room there should have been something available for breakfast.
The room wasn’t the cleanest. There was shower scum on the shower floor, the toilet...

"Breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Quiet area. The atrium was a little noisy and the elevators are a bit of a walk depending where your room is. Pillows were terrible but water pressure was great. All in all I would stay again if in the area."

"We were charged $75 extra for our dog. We told them when we made the reservation that we had a dog. There was no mention of that fee. We were put in a room supposedly for handicapped people. The bed was full size and a tough fit for two. The lay out of the room was uncomfortable.
The check in person was not very helpful. The check out person is who informed us about the fee."
