"During my 5 days stay, the room was not vacuumed or cleaned (I did receive a clean room to start with) - bed was made and new towels were replaced. Lobby staff were excellent and friendly."

"The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've indulged in. Didnt try the pool but looked nice. Room and hallway had a little goofy smell but it goes away after being in it for a minute or so. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. And I had the jacuzzi I'm my room and it was amazing. Room was really clean. Tv was pretty good, and all the other amenities work as they should. And they had big bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. "This location is in a great location if you don’t want to stay in downtown Chicago. However, the cleanliness of the rooms is questionable. We experienced blood stain sheets upon our arrival. There were several spiders in the rooms on the floor and windows. Additionally the beds seem old and are very uncomfortable. The biggest highlight were the staff that supported breakfast. They were very nice, friendly, and responsive to the needs of the guests. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this Hyatt if...
