My partner and I enjoyed our stay here, it was super easy to check in and out. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and convenient, very one was so nice and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
The motel room was very well kept and clean. Looks like there were recent renovations. The price was good based on searches for other places to stay in the surrounding Sudbury area. It is also a quiet area, which is a bonus!
We are traveling through Canada and decided to stay at Valley Inn due to the location, the reviews and the price.
We were a bit surprised by the age of this motel, however, it is well-maintained.
The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the area felt safe and was quiet. We were disappointed in the continental breakfast and chose to eat elsewhere.

The TV remote was acting up. Twice I called a staff person , the second time he noted that the plug at rear was only partly plugged. Until that I could not watch TV the one night i was there.
They gave me directions to the casino, which was helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory
Had a good sleep, Some kind of smell in the room which activated my allergies. Breakfast a little skimpy, would have made do with a muffin, there were none,

Stay was 2 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Charging of ev was possible to change with a standard plug. We had 1.5kw/h - better than nothing. Breakfast was simple but i didn’t miss anything. Street and railway was noisy at night. Price was ok. I would stay another night at the location.
Excellent place to stay. Very clean, quiet, comfortable. The host are fantastic and super friendly. I will be staying here very often, all for work trips.
All was as expected. Room and amenities are all clean Car was fine outside my window.

⭐⭐½ – Okay for a One-Night Stay, but Definitely Dated
We were looking for a place to stay for just one night, and I have to admit, my first impression was not a good one. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, which was riddled with potholes, I was completely turned off. The exterior of the motel is very dated and certainly not welcoming. A little TLC would go a long way in improving its curb appeal.
Surprisingly, the room itself was a decent size. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, which are two things I always appreciate. However, the room was also very dated, and there was a noticeable lack of electrical outlets for charging phones and other devices.
Despite being located directly on the highway and across from railway tracks, I didn't find the noise bothersome at all. One feature I particularly appreciated was that the windows actually opened, allowing fresh air to circulate through the room. That's something you don't find in many accommodations these days!
As for breakfast...well, let's just say it left a lot to be desired. Definitely nothing to write home about.
Overall, this motel served its purpose for a one-night stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and we had a decent night's sleep. However, the property is desperately in need of some updating, both inside and out.
Would I stay here again? Perhaps if I needed somewhere to lay my head for one night, but it certainly wouldn't be my first choice.
The parking lot needs repair.
The back entrance doors need to be keyed and locked at all times. They are not.
The room was very clean.
The mini fridge needs the door to open the opposite way for full and easy access. Should just move the fridge.
