"The room was large and functional. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast area had plenty of tables. Also, parking was no problem and the staff was very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant hotel."

"We got off of our cruise early in the morning and went straight to the hotel. We are expecting to just be able to drop off luggage off and walk around for a few hours then come back and check in to our room. To our surprise, they had a room available and allowed us to check in and go to our room right away. This was probably before 10am. That was an awesome thing to experience and was very unexpected!"

"I arrived at 5:10pm and room was not ready. I was offered a chance to change in gym which required me to drag suitcase down 3 flights of stairs. I could not get suitcase back up"

"The front end and vallet was very helpful and nice my son loved thr record player in the room and my 13 year old loved the hested pool it was great location on the last night my room didnt feel like the AC was working and the kid hung up on me and said ill try and find a fan but overall super nice and suepr clean it was enjoyable overall"

"Only thing I liked was the Lobby social room. Place was a mess. After flying 12 hours we checked into a room with what appeared to be urine puddle on the floor & was pretty much confirmed once I placed a white towel over it to help absorb. Room ok but in pretty rough shape for spending $312 for one night. Lady at the front desk was nice and quickly got me & my family into another room once I explained the condition of the room & showed her pictures. Side note, there were quit a few other people...

"I visited from Toronto for 5 days. The Hotel was my home away from home ! I came back to a clean room, fresh towels and a freshly made bed. I had the best sleep and I heard nothing outside my room. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. 10/10 !!!! Fantastic stay !! ❤️"

"We had a great 2 night stay with two kids, 9 & 13. Rooms were clean, service was great with helpful staff! Beds were comfy and bathroom was large and clean! Would definitely recommend & hope to stay again when we return to Boston!"
