"The apartment is in a great location, close to the town centre and convenient to get to the racecourse. As others have mentioned the outside and lead up to the apartment lets it down which is not much you can do. Unfortunately there had been a water leak and the cupboard with the water tank in opposite was open giving a musty smell which didnt help. "Plus side: - Central location - Very comfortable mattress Minus side: - In the course of the week I stayed there mould started to build up in grooves in the shower despite working ventilator in bathroom - Lack of furniture: no table or chair; just couch and bed, which makes it difficult if you want to work - Alleyway to the Mews dirty; rubbish built up and didn't get collected once during the week I was there"

"Very comfortable studio, clean and well furnished for self-catering and within walking distance of the town center. The weather being what it is right now made it very hot and stuffy, but a little electric fan is provided and it helped a little bit. Will surely recommend for short-medium visits."

We very much enjoyed staying there and felt it gave us the opportunity to thoroughly explore Ipswich on foot."
