"My wife and I were very happy with the reception staff for our two day. I do think they need to be better at communicating how the Valet Parking works - its a third party company, but they add the charge to the bill. Knowing this would have saved us a little time when we checked out. However they were very pleasant and helpful. The room was excellent - we had a king size bed and it was very comfortable indeed. The shower was great, although it did leak into the bathroom. The room was quiet for most of the time, except on our checkout day, as some reconstruction is taking place. I do recommend the hotel and it is a great place to spend a few days."

"This property is really nice in all the common spaces, but the rooms themselves are not as meticulously kept. They’re are a bit dated and full of heavy traditional style furniture. The upkeep of the furniture and bathroom appliances could be improved. The vents should be cleaned. That being said, this hotel had the most comfortable bed I have slept on in years. The pillows were so good I looked them up and ordered a set for my home before I even got on the plane home. Beautiful pool, beautiful lobby and lounges, beautiful patio garden bar & restaurant, and another indoor restaurant with the same menu. I also really appreciated the huge covered parking pull-thru where you could drive into and not be in the way of traffic while you unload luggage. The rate was really good for how nice the whole place is. Despite the upkeep in the rooms feeling a bit de-prioritized, I would still come stay here again without hesitation. Hopefully they splurge for a deep clean and freshen-up some of the room finishes, soon."

"The elevators weren’t operating properly which caused long wait times. One of the ice machines was out of order. No cash at the front desk for change, meant no tip for housekeepers. Also no option to Venmo."
