"The issues we had; we were there from Thurs to Sunday and never saw cleaning staff. I even told staff to clean and they didn’t. Also, we called down for clean towels and they never came. Had to go down to get them ourselves. Also, there is no 24 hr shuttle as advertised. It’s only for the Medical Center transports. The other issue is there are no good nearby restaurants making it expensive to stay here. The location is only good for the stadium and that is a 40 minute walk at least. Ubers back and forth from events is completely price gauged! The breakfast was the same everyday and hot food was cold. The restaurant food was ok. The bar staff was great. Most of the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful."
