"The room did not look like as nice as the room in the picture. When we arrived, it must have snowed that day or the day before, we had to take stairs up to our room, but the snow was not cleared off the stairs and they were pretty slippery. Also there were hairs in the bath tub. "

"I've stayed here many times and been quite satisfied. I suspect there must be some sort of construction going on and I was disappointed there was no mention either on the site or by the staff when checking in. The hallways and floors were dirty, I had holes in the drywall in the bathroom, needless to say surprised by the look compared to the many times I've comfortably been there.
Bottom line is a heads up would have been appreciated. "

"We did enjoy the hot tub in our room but we had to get the cleaning lady clean it a little better to our liking. And the counters were not cleaned properly. The bed was clean and comfy! The room was big and even had a balcony but with snow we didn't use it. But in the Summer this would be perfect!"
