"Pam at reception was very welcoming. We went on a 4hr snorkelling trip through the resort which was first rate. The on-site bar is very handy and has live music. No food being served the 3 nights we were there, but no problem as other restaurants nearby. It was a great place from which to explore the Keys. Only 30-45mins to Key West."

"The AC unit was very loud - too loud. The pool was nice - we enjoyed that. The entire property & rooms are extremely dated & need attention. If I could have cancelled I would have gone elsewhere but was informed I could not. 2 night stay for $640 was outrageous for the condition of room. Bathroom needs renovated. TV was small. "

"The room was acceptable, although not great. The cleaning staff was very friendly. The front desk staff was mediocre. Not all staff were attentive and meeting the basic needs of guests, in general. There was one staff person who was very good at her job and consequently ended up taking over others' work in order to meet the needs of guests.
The golf cart rental service was great! The jet ski rental services were not good. "

"No hot water for two showers in the late afternoon; the first day it went cold while I was in there and the next day it was getting warm so I got in, and as soon as I got in, cold again. I called and they said they would check it out. I assume they came the next day, no one communicated with me about it after that. For the exorbitant price I thought they might offer some type of compensation. "
