"This is a older hotel that would benefit from a refurbishment. We did have an issue with housekeeping making sure the beds were made properly and our sink was clogged. Parking was a dream however and practically made up for the other inconveniences. This hotel is a few blocks from Gainbridge Fieldhouse (where The Fever play)."

"Great location. Would be nice to have a TV in the bedroom. Biggest beef with the units is that you have no control over temperature of the room. The thermostat doesn't do anything. I contacted the property but they said the building controls the heat/AC. It was hot and stuffy in the apartment. Made it hard to sleep"

"The room itself was ok. Seemed like they had remodeled it. However there was an overflowing trash can outside the side door, hallways were dingy, neighborhood was not the best with a closed restaurant that greets you as you drive in and not much but fast food nearby. I didn’t use the breakfast but it looked typical. Waffle machine, pastries and bananas. If I return to the area I’d look elsewhere."

"This was probably the worst hotel stay that our family has ever had! There were so many things that went wrong and unlimited to so few characters that I can’t really say everything but some highlights were a very wonky elevator on the first day that was loud and you felt very unsafe riding on that the staff was aware of and the next day it was stuck between floors wide open! No caution, tape or anything was applied to it so any child could just go running into the open elevator doors, which was...

"A little tricky to locate but once you do, it’s next to a great walking path and near lovely restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we loved the vintage/quirky decor. The room was very clean and comfy with a great balcony for morning coffee."

"The bathroom liner has a hair tie that was there from previous occupations, they also didnt notifiy that they were shutting off the air and when I called to complain they said they shut if off for maintenance, but the guy was nice and brought a fan in! "Rooms are in rough shape, doors don't close tight to room nor bathroom, everything shows it's age and could use some TLC. Smells musky, linens have stains (bedding and towels). Staff was very friendly."

"Pool is advertised but this location has a pool under repair and lacks Health Department clearance. Room was overly spacious but we had to wear shoes to keep our feet from staining black. Floor needs major cleaning. This property holds an Holiday Inn name but seemed more Motel 6 (sorry Motel 6) in reality. Even the location is hidden behind other properties. You.have to bypass Sam’s Club and drive through another hotel’s lot to access this place."

"This hotel SMELLED HORRIBLE. The air conditioner in our room was broken which made our stay miserable in 90 degree weather. We had to ask for bath towels because we were only given 2 towels for 3 people. We had zero extra toilet paper so had to go to the front desk for more. The breakfast food was stale. The food in the vending machine was expired."
