"staff was really friendly and helpful!! they kept our bags before checking in and after we checked out. provided water and towels for the beach. when we needed an iron, they brought one up with the board. provided breakfast and had a great view from the rooftop balcony. would stay again!"

"We had a really great stay at Zane Grey Pueblo Hotel overall! The location is beautiful, the views are amazing, and the hotel has such a unique Catalina Island feel. Our family really enjoyed the property, and it was a great place to stay while visiting the island. The only reason I’m giving it 4.5 stars instead of 5 is the pool. My kid absolutely loves swimming and was really looking forward to spending time in the pool, but unfortunately, it was noticeably dirty during our stay. For such a beautiful hotel, I definitely expected the pool to be cleaner and better maintained. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely consider staying here again. If the pool cleanliness was improved, it would easily be a 5-star stay for us!"

"This is beautiful hotel, very centrally located. Staff was friendly, they even have an on site coffee bar and offer champagne and waters upon arrival. They also provide luggage service to/from the ferry. Highly recommended."
