The Bad: Staff were not friendly—more indifferent than rude—and often unavailable. I waited 15 minutes at the front desk just to check out. I requested a handicap-accessible room with no stairs but was placed on the second floor. The only elevator was on the opposite side of the building, with no nearby handicap parking.
