"We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast server Kenny's heartfelt courtesy and professionalism as well as the helpfulness and kindness of the receptionist Aisha. As a principle, supplies in the room must include bottle of drinking water and other items even for the bookers via 3rd party (we were denied to get the privilege for the fact that we booked via expedia) no matter what is the cost.

"Property was undergoing some renovations - which were needed. My room had a damp/musty smell. If I had been there for more than one night I would have requested a change. I have stayed at a bunch of Courtyards. The lobby/bar area was on par. The rooms felt neglected."
