"Check in was super easy and the room was great. My only complaint is that other guests were pretty loud in the hallway during the night and kept waking me up- I wish the walls/door weren’t so thin. "

"The room was very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfy. Parking was safe and convenient. Breakast was warm and delicious. There was a problem with check in due to an error on Expedia's part. However, Surej and Lashon were so very helpful and patient. They deserve 10 stars!!!"

"Our room was across from an outdoor exit. Every time the door closed , our door rattled due to the wind generated. I requested a door stop or something to jam the door shut since I was told no other rooms were available. Front desk said they would have it checked. Nothing happened. Otherwise, room was nice"

"We got an un-requested wake up call at 7am and I heard them calling each room next to us as well. Not sure why, I feel like normally that should only be on request only. Being startled awake at 7 am was not fun after a full day of travel."

"The room was clean. That being said, I got there right at 3, and when I finally got my stuff unpacked and put away, I realized there was nothing in the kitchen - no plates, utensils, etc. I was told I needed to fill out a form and housekeeping would get me everything the next day when they were back on shift, it was only 4:15 when I called. Also, the tv wasn’t working, engineering was also gone for the day. The continental breakfast was small (just above mini) muffins and Nature Valley granola...
