"Around midnight a drunken man was harassing me knocking on my door and window - the phone in my room did not work. I went to the front desk and asked for another room but front desk just told me I can just checkout cause they are fully booked. Being around midnight I just stayed in my room then the next day the shower water was cold, hot water was minimal. "

"This was one of the worst stays at a Hilton I have ever had. Upon check in, I was assigned to a room that was 80 degrees inside. I first tried turning the thermostat down thinking maybe it’s been a while since anyone has occupied the room to change it. After 40 minutes went by and no change, I called downstairs to ask for a different room. But before I could even ask I was I interrupted and told “we’re going to send someone up right away. "A lot of times told you but you never listen to us Too much weed smell so can not sleep at there because we just first day stay and next day check out there. We not stay all my trip day"

"Seemed like they were renovating but the room was a little rough around the edges. Our room was sparsely furnished with damaged/dated furniture and finishings, and a couch/sofa bed that was unusable."
