"This is an increadibkt well presented and well kept property with very nice rooms, it was let down in two areas for me though 1. I was told when booking that the urban fee was included in my booking price. I was also told that this would include $15 per day for food and drink when I arrived at the hotel I was told not only was the Urban price going to be an additional fee but it also did not include $15 per day for feed and drink rather it was a 15% discount. I query this with reception who confirmed they had removed the $15 per day allowance after I had booked and that it was not something they were prepared to offer. 2. The amenities on the hole were very good however the pool was closed when I was there this was not so much of an issue given the time of year however you would expect some prior notice of this."
