"I stayed at the AKA White House for just one night, and since it's an apartment hotel, my room was huge, as large or larger than my own condominium. It was beautifully furnished with a full kitchen, a powder room, washer/dryer, and closed off bedroom with full bath/shower. I was hardly able to enjoy all the amenities in a single night's stay, but I was impressed and the space was very clean. "We loved our room here. We had a studio apartment on the first floor and it was just what we wanted. We were able to get some groceries nearby and make some meals in our room which is a big plus. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location is perfect. Right off the subway to get anywhere you need to go in DC. So many cool buildings and things to see while walking around the area. Definitely a lot of history. "
