"We booked online, where it was written that there would be no added charges upon check-in, yet they tacked on over $60 in extras when we arrived. Our room was decent - 2 queens and a pull out couch - but it had clearly not be cleaned well. We found hair all over the bathroom and candy wrappers shoved ..."
