"I checked in late in the evening and only stayed one night. The AGM checked me in, she was very kind and attentive even though it was so late. I had a king room on the first floor, it was clean and comfortable. Room service knocked an hour before checkout to see if I needed anything before heading out. Checkout was also smooth and the morning staff was just as kind as the night before. I slept past breakfast, so I can’t comment on the food selections. I would stay here again and recommend. "

"The property is not very nice. The lobby is clean and inviting. The staff /front desk worker was very short and right to the point. No greeting, looked as if he was bothered by us checking in. The first room we booked we entered it and it smelled like cigarette and cigar smell. The jacuzzi tub was filthy. We asked to switch rooms which again the front desk person didn’t say much, just changed us rooms. The new room we had smelled much better and the tub looked like it maybe was cleaned. ( we did...

"Terrible place to stay at, my pregnant wife and I with our 2 children left within 30 minutes and went to book a new hotel. Disgusting, unclean, and smelly. They said they would refund us through Expedia since that's where I booked it through, but are now refusing to pay, staying that there were no complaints from anyone or anything. "The shower did not function to full capacity. There was just a light steam of water coming out of shower head. We heard other guest saying the same with their showers as well. Was given a number to call for cmplaints but nothing was done to solve the situatiuon."
