The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. I appreciate the free beverages in the mini fridge. I hope to visit again soon."

"I was charged alot of different fees plus a tip they took out after my stay i knew nothing about. My room had dirt and food in it apon arrival when my daughter pulled the sofa bed out to sleep was crushed cheetos in it. Two of our tvs didn't work right but mainly upset over the charges for the stay. After already paying over 500 for 2 nights alone that was upsetting..probably never stay there again ive been to jekyll a ton and usually never have a problem with stuff like this. Just be aware"

"The air conditioning and dehumidifier were mandatory for the rooms in Queens Court. Unfortunately, our a/c unit kept cycling on and off all night without stabilizing the room, which caused us to lose sleep. In fact, we did not get to sleep at all the first night and felt forced to vacate one day early. Since we had paid our two-day fee in advance, we have not been reimbursed for the second night even though the hotel staff notified us that they filed the 'faulty a/c complaint' as an acceptable...
