"I had a very nice stay but there were no safes in the room. I asked a staff member at night who told me I could lock my things inba safe and I would get one key and the manager another and could open any time. But then the day staff said they could put it in a safe but would have no way to get my things back out. So....I had to keep all my valuables on me on the beach. It was very inconvenient!!"

"The only bad thing was that I paid for breakfast when I made the reservation and at the hotel they charged me again for breakfast at the time of consuming it I found it expensive because I paid double, the rest of them I served with excellent the pool very good and I really liked that the access to the beach is open at night, if I would stay in this place again"

"This was the perfect stay for my family. The service from each staff member was amazing from the moment we entered the doors. The rooms were clean and every need was met. The layout, location and amenities of the hotel was created where once you park your vehicle you wouldn't need it again until it's time to check out. I highly recommend Embassy Suites and I know you will too."

"The beach view was beautiful. The pool was perfect. The live plants through out the hotel were beautiful and well maintained. The only thing I did not realize was the breakfast was continental. Breakfast would have cost us (family of 4) $45. Also coffee had to be purchased. No maker in our room. I had not budgeted for these."

"The staff was amazing. There was a stain on our comforter and I reported it to the front desk. It looked as if maybe it hadn’t been changed out from the previous guest. The manager came right away and changed out both comforters/sheets and was very apologetic. That was our only mishap. There was construction going on, but we didn’t hear it. Breakfast was also very good. I would stay again."
