The DeBary Inn is a large charming old house, on a nice lot, within a 5 minute gentle walk to downtown cafes and restaurants. We chose a large room which was very comfortable. The bathroom could use a newer and better shower head, and the toiletries were very low-end. The continental breakfast was minimal. "The best of the best!!!"

"This hotel was absolutely terrible. Our stay was a complete disappointment, and we had a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel did not meet our expectations, and we were very dissatisfied with our stay."

"Highly recommend this hotel !"

"The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. We had no issues besides"

"Good location for my purposes."

"The rooms didn’t even have any closet space not even a drawer"

"Room was small as expected for a hotel room in manhattan, but clean. bed springs were loud and you can hear honking from the street. The area is relatively quiet though. You can hear everything from neighbors including door slamming, footsteps, and conversations. Staff were very nice overall. Location was convenient, by the 1 and not far from A/C."

"Amazing food, great service, cozy atmosphere!"
