"Really added to a classic New York experience. We enjoyed it and everyone was very helpful and the TikTok diner was really convenient with good food and the location right at the bottom corner of the hotel."

"Arrived at the hotel at 2.50pm after 16 hours of travelling. Was told check in was at 3pm and they wouldn't allow check in 10 minutes early. Was made to sit in the lobby that has a very clearly aged sofa with holes and dips in it.
The lifts, of the 2 days we were there only 2 out of 3 lifts worked and the average wait time was 11 minites from the 4th floor so used the stairs most of the time.
The room and indeed the hallways are in desperate need of redecorating, duct tape holing the...
