"Customer service wasn't what I expected. We arrrived at the front of the Encore with 2 huge suitcases and carry ons and asked where the front door was. Doorguy pointed at the door 15 feet away but didnt open the door for us. Get to the front desk at 2:40 and asked if we could check in early. They said no and then told us there was a room available facing the sphere for a 140 dollar/ day upcharge. We said no, and then said we'd just wait 20 minutes. "First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Rooms aren't quiet. You hear traffic all night, construction, dumpster removal at 6am and dismissive staff. Room moves are worse each time. Room 6301 has the broken bathtub and burned outlets special. Super shout out to front desk clerk Amaya who must be hard of hearing since she's never "heard of" anything like this. Yuk yuk yuk"
