"We tru-ly enjoyed our stay at Tru Hilton as the staff were fabulous. They offered an early check-in and were helpful throughout as it was during "TET"when everything was closed. "Great service, quiet, it has everything you need. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The town is quite empty so that is reflected in the hotel. But the staff are really nice. We were there for two nights and ate at the restaurant downstairs where we were usually the only ones there but really good food and service. "The room was excellent, the front desk staff was good but Chan in particular excelled. She was so helpful, polite and friendly that it made my stay. I don't go to another country expecting them to speak English, it is the world's second choice for a language and the main language of tourism so its was a bonus that Chan spoke very good English.
