The carpet in the hallway of our room smelled like urine, and we’re quite sure that the floors had not been swept or cleaned in our room, as we found a clipped toenail in the bathroom and other dirt and things on the floor. Also, only one of the outlets worked near the bathroom."

"On our second morning, we were not able to have breakfast, there was no milk for the cereal. They were out of sausage links. They were out of potatoes and they had a very small portion of eggs left no bagels, no cream cheese. This was at 6:30 AM."

"We have stayed here at least half a dozen times over the past year for sports travel. Rooms are always clean, staff is super friendly. Great pool area!"

"I had pre-paid for my room. Then when I arrived I was informed that there would be $75.00 deposit to be placed on a card only. I feel that the deposit should have been stated prior to booking the room. Since the security deposit wasn't mentioned until I was on site trying to get into my room that I paid for, I found it shady. It's fine to expect a security deposit, just let it be known prior to booking the room."

"The waterpark is a total rip off. You get a room they give you 4 wristbands that I lets my children use. Fast forward we walk in and I get stopped I need to pay an extra 10 dollars for a band so I can watch my kids. Food prices outrageous, and even though it said complementary breakfast we got a bill for 61 dollars… be careful we also had poop floating in the pool they threw chemicals and just let kids swim in poop water… "

"Felt unsafe, pool was closed, and woke up with a terrible respiratory reaction in the morning. We didn’t shower or eat, just wanted to get out asap after sleeping."

"Breakfast was surprisingly well stocked with plenty of options and "extra" touches like their waffle bar having quite a variety of toppings to choose from, Also offered multiple protein and non-dairy options. Room was clean, well stocked and bedding/bed extremely comfortable. I have spent more nights in hotel rooms over the last 2 months than in my own bed and this bed by far has been the most comfortable. Kitchen area well stocked and very clean. Pool warmer than most hotels in the winter...
