"The reception staff is very friendly, when I make a special request, they try to help even though they sometimes encounter problems so they can't fulfill my request."

"Clean room, nice staff and delicious breakfast!"

"Beautiful stay in the picturesque, atmospheric Blue Mansion. The hotel staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. A wonderful place to stay for a few nights in George Town"

"The room is spacious and very quiet. Close to the airport but not a lot of activities around the hotel"

"Bagus"

"Very polite staff, clean room where everything worked. Could have been larger room but good for single traveler like myself."
