"Stinky, musky rooms. Cereal on the floor, mirror uncleaned, windows left unlocked in both rooms, big bug crawling in the shower, hair in the tub, somebody’s food left in the fridge, uncomfortable beds, No confidence that the rooms were clean or sanitary or vacuum or sheets changed…. I just don’t know. uncomfortable pillows, nasty egg puff rounds and dried out sausage for breakfast, stinky, musty smell in the pool area, tv didn’t pick up any channels so the attendant gave the WiFi passcode to...

"All of the above. When we arrived I had neglected to ask for a first floor room because steps are difficult for us , especially carrying luggage. The desk clerk was so accommodating and found us another suitable room. The only complaint that I would have is that there is no elevator."

"I believe this hotel is under new ownership. It appears that they are making improvements. The carpets look fresh and there are new chairs in the sitting area. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast included waffles, eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, tea and coffee The pool was open but the hot tub was not."
