"Called a week before to get rooms for my grandsons birthday. Asked about passes for the pool. I was told one thing but got there and you could only have max 3. Was told by front desk that no one could visit the hotel and if they did would be escorted of the premise. Got a call from general manager a few days before our stay to let us know there was no parties in the hotel as there was already 2 birthday parties happening. At no time did we say we were having his party at the hotel. We had it at Zero Gravity, we just wanted family to stay together for a fun night of swimming. We were told that no one would be allowed to swim unless they had an arm band out of the 40 plus children in the pool only 1/2 of them had wristbands. Front desk staff were rude. Hotel itself was wonderful and only problem was the check in process. Our family booked 5 rooms. "

"No, it was terrible due to a group of people who were smoking and fighting. They wouldn't listen to staff. "

"The hot tub wasn’t working, one of the elevators was down and the other wasn’t very fast. Their breakfast was not that great either. Their rooms were very nice and big."

"We stayed here for a night away and although the room was comfortable, it was extremely loud. We booked a room with the jacuzzi tub and were on the ground level, and the room above us apparently decided to take a bath at 3am because we were woken up by the crazy loud and prolonged noise of running water above. This on top of loud music being blasted in the parking lot around midnight made it hard to get a good nights sleep. The staff we encountered were very friendly, and the bed was comfortable, but the room was starting to show obvious signs of wear. We would consider staying here again, but would definitely request an upper level room to hopefully avoid some of the noise. "

"The room smelt poorly of pet urine. Thermostat batteries were dead upon check in, 2nd thermostat batteries also died the same night, causing the room to become very cold. The window screens were missing and windows UNABLE TO LOCK due to broken locks, which is a massive safety issue since widows are large and ground level! Fireplace in the room was non functional and falling literally apart, we had the front pieces of trim fall off several times over the two day stay as well as were awoken by a raccoon inside the fireplace from a broken open exhaust flu. Bathroom was ATROCIOUS with what looked like vomit overspray running down the walls and in the corner of the floor in front of the toilet!!!! Hard uncomfortable bed. Jacuzzi tub practically unable to be used as there is no easy nor safe way to get in and out of it and the faucet is broken so it sprays water on the floor. Overall a horrid experience from a hotel chain that is supposed to be upscale! "
