"Our guest did not end up staying the night. While she was checking in , the front desk was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Our guest initially checked in and noticed her room was not clean - the toilet didnt flush, the faucet was broken and the lights were flickering. The front desk did refused to give their name and accused our guest of creating these problems. Front desk refused to check it out and see for herself. "

"The hospitality desk gal was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast because we had an early morning Dr appointment to get to. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. "

"Decent stay, only some maintenance problems. Bathroom door handle was falling off, towel rack was about fall and when you opened and closed the bathroom door the bathroom room lights would flicked. Seems maintenance. Needs to be done to the bathroom.. Other than that, it was a decent day. Staff was nice. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was OK Parks was nice very well lit up. "

"The room was very clean and large enough to hold two beds, microwave, refrigerator, desk and a couple of stuffed chairs. The bathroom was clean and had lots of hot water. The air conditioner kept the room very comfortable. The motel is located close to the interstate but it is quiet enough to get a good nights rest. The front desk person was very nice and made check in very easy."

"We are very disappointed about the check in and cleaning service. We were waiting 2 hours to get a room because they did not reafy. We were many people waiting for the same. We got arrive at 3 pm and the rooms were not ready. Finally, the cleaning service was not good in the room and the bath is old in our room. In the breakfast time were many people, the room was dirty. Definitely, the hotel needs more people to do the cleaning service."

"Avoid this property. Don’t let the cheap price fool you. This is a Super 8 motel with a different name. First room I went in had the overwhelming stench of bleach. When I was able to get a new room, THAT room smelled like a locker room! I had to buy a Renuzit air freshener just to make the place tolerable. The lamps still had scratches in them. Overall, spend the extra money and get a decent hotel room elsewhere or an Airbnb. "

"My husband and I stayed two nights here last week! It was by far the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in, from the front desk staff right down to the large and amazingly clean room . We will definitely be staying there when in Wichita ! "
