"Waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. He was perfectly nice but seemed confused I was there. Breakfast left much to be desired. I think the room was clean? Hard to tell cause it was pretty dated and worn down. I don’t feel unsafe, but it wasn’t the best experience. "

"We stayed in the cabin and loved the space it offered our family. The unit was fresh and clean, and the bunk beds were quite comfortable after a long day of walking through town. While the kitchenette had a sink, a tea kettle, and a Nespresso machine, please note there was no microwave. We were already aware the room didn’t have a TV, so the kids simply used the WiFi for their iPads. Since we visited at the end of February, the pool was still closed for the winter, but the hot tub was spacious...

"We both wear c-paps, working electrical plugs are necessary, we should not be forced to move furniture and unplug clocks etc.. to be able to plug them in. The receptacles on the lamps did not work. Also, when making reservation it should say that the pool is not available, not wait until the customer has made the reservation and show up and then find out. Other than that the room and hotel were great."

"This place is extra special- check out the historic chapel turned into the two room suite for a historic experience. The helpfulness of the staff was genuine and knowledgeable. Breakfast was beyond our expectations with authentic German touches. So very yummy!! Best stay is here by far. "
