Hotel dekat Sunset Acres Park

"The property is very conveniently located next to the Shreveport Regional Airport. The Front Desk staff that checked us in and out was very personable however the elevator was dirty and shook when it was moving between floors and stopping on at floor. Very concerning. It looks like the did a major remodel to the interior with new paint, flooring, etc. The bed was comfortable. The curtains didn't close at first and the bright lights outside were intense. There was a spot on the hand towel that...

"The place was kinda dingy. My door moved Everytime some closed their door. It wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't stay there a second time."

"Facility had bed bugs, spoke with attendant about the experience."

"With the pool was open, that ruined my trip"

"Clean room. Good breakfast. Elevator button did not work. Had to use stairs up to 3rd floor."

"The hotel did disappoint. There was no hot water and no internet! Additionally, the room was quite dark and dingy, with only two lamps in the room, neither of which were bright. We had trouble looking through suitcases in the almost dark room! The hotel outside and lobby are so nice I couldn't believe that the room was so below expectations. Would not recommend. Staff were very friendly though. Food choices at night were limited and overpriced."

"Great hotel"

"Service is so good and the room very clean and comfortable. Restrooms very clean and restaurant foods are very yummy!!!"

"Good stay"
