"Staff was outstanding during my overnight stay. There were a lot of amenities that I didn’t use but reception staff asked about my visit and made sure I knew where all the things I needed were and how they worked. Room was perfect, very clean and comfortable. 5-star service. Really close to Lake Sammamish. Such a beautiful area. If you don’t mind a little longer drive, take the much prettier Sunset Drive route from SEA."

"The room was large with an exposed bathroom. Albeit the toilet was enclosed separately. The shower was large and had lovely shampoo and conditioner. The bed was comfortable and there was a large couch built in along the window. Plenty of place to store luggage. There was an ice and water room a few doors down from our room. At reception there was water and apples. We didn’t use the bar or parking. The property was well placed for shopping and the cinema"

"The hotel room was very clean. Free and plentiful parking. The beds were okay, a bit springy but not terrible. Our issue was the street noise, it was horrendous, seemingly all night long. Most nights, even with earplugs, we didn’t fall asleep until 4 am. Most hotel rooms have really thick glazing on the windows, this hotel didn’t. We asked to move rooms several times and the hotel didn’t help us over our four night stay. The back of the hotel is opposite a driving range with incredibly bright...

"The parking is valet only $50 per day or you can self-park in the garage next door for $30 per day. They offer in-room dining, and a $39 breakfast buffet. We spent $400 for one room a night for family of 4. For this price, they didn’t have much amenities. No pool but a 24hr gym. The carpet in the room was noticeably dirty. The table tops were also stained. Bathroom could have been cleaner as there were still hairs on the ground and shower. My biggest complaint was the pillows smelled so awful...
