"The staff lady gat checked us in with blue framed eye glasses was extremely rude and condescending to both our party and my friends family multiple times. Hotel did not have amenities that were offered onntge website. Staff was many times not helpful when questions were asked, being very dismissive. Kristina was great and gave some food credit for the negative experience. Was not impressed with the rest of the staff as they acted very bothered and rude when asked questions, especially the women...

"The room was very clean and pool area/ hot tub was excellent, the breakfast cook and help was super! The only issue we had was the small refrigerator wasn’t working cold, they did replace it and corrected the issue , we recommend this hotel, the room maids were amazing as well! Super clean"
