"The staff was great, excellent bell service and front desk service. They made our stay as they're so postive and helpful eveytime you see them. We loved the staff! The room was very dirty and I can only assume they gave us a less desirable room because we had a small dog with us. The wood floor had a lot of loose dirt/grime and so did the shower. The rooms/bathroom look much bigger in photos so that was a bit of shock to see how tiny it was. I know the buildings are older, but it's something to...

"Don’t expect much for the price you’re paying. The location is great, right across from the beach, with a lot of restaurants and bars to choose from. They provide beach chairs and towels. Staff is friendly and helpful."

"It was listed as non smoking property and I booked the stay. Ironically it was not and smells rotten and horrible. And the receptionist was rude and not answering properly to questions. Such a terrible way of receiving people."

"Clean room, but the curtain only half closed and you directly face others rooms who can look right in. Ot lacks privacy. It missed the normal little things like lotion, qtips, cotton swabs…. Just the little things that make it comfortable and we’ve come to expect from basics in a hotel room."

"Great pre-cruse stay in Miami. Steps form the Miami mover to get around town and walking distance to some great Miami attractions. View from the 17th floor of Port of Miami was incredible. Staff was great and helped arrange transport to the cruise port for me."
