"This motel has serious issues honouring Expedia bookings. They accept your reservation, then on arrival tell you it doesn’t cover your children and force you to pay extra for accommodation you already booked. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered this.
This is not a five-star hotel by any standard. Wi-Fi barely works in the rooms or around the pool. The kids’ club is outdated and poorly maintained, and the breakfast selection is poor.
Overall, a horrible experience. I would not stay...

"The room was lovely, though a little old. Apart from one lovely young girl at front service was 3 star, definitely not the 5 star service advertised. Location is good, breakfast small and to a poor standard and charged alot for a sub standard latte if you didn't want Bali coffee (like mud, not what you get on street). We ended up walking to other villas for a cooked breakfast with buffet and as many lattes and juices you wanted for the price of a couple of lattes each at Wallas. Mosquito's bad...

"The staff was extremely friendly and nice however the rooms need a deep refresh. The cleanliness was a major concern, areas just didn’t feel the cleanest to us like the bathtub. Also the system to lock the rooms was a little odd. You lock your room door with a padlock then give the key to the front desk and they hold it. "Amazing one week stay in December 2025. All staff were welcoming and so willing to help with any request.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa and the amenities were clean and well maintained. Was happily surprised to find Australian power outlets.
There is a super market just across the road and lots of restaurants close by if wanting to venture out and about. "
