"Hotel has no elevator so need to climb 1 or 2 floors, with luggage if there’s no porter. Location quite near beach cafes and bars. Walking distance to city’s only shopping mall. Hotel rooftop has good view of sunsets. There’s a karaoke room and small coffee cafe in lobby "

"Staff were wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we were unable to swim in the lagoon due to pollution. The 3 swimming pools were great and very clean. "

"A solid 3 star resort. Below par in a lot of things to include having mould in the rooms and poor bedding. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were broken. We asked for a room change and still found the same issue such as broken fixture, mould and the bedding had an odour and lets not talk about the wifi. The island is beautiful thought with great staff and the food was good."

"Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom. Mould in bathroom. Room smells musky like mould. Village across is very noisy. They leave big outdoor lights on that shine right through the windows while...

"We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at Erakor. The staff were exceptional, great food, clean and tidy grounds. It is just the most beautiful location. The feast and fire show on Thursday night was amazing and a great opportunity to socialise with other guests. We will be back!"

"Great location, buses come straight past the front all the time so super easy to get wherever you want to go. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having 2 restaurants/ bars onsite is a bonus and every meal we had was amazing. The pool was nice and there is a small section of beach where you can swim, kayak and snorkel. We had an issue with the hot water and the staff got it sorted for us straight away. I would definitely recommend Nasama Resort and I would stay there again"

"We were hesitant to book Warwick Le Lagon – Vanuatu after reading some reviews, but it ended up being a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming — drinks on arrival and live music set the tone straight away. Rooms were clean and comfortable (our garden view even had a partial lagoon view), and the whole resort felt well maintained.
