"Affordable parking was difficult, we ended up using a third party for parking and got a ride to the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and all the staff were extremely friendly. We were very happy with the room we got for the price we paid. Breakfast was decent, and there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel for other meals. "

I actually got there was no view of the lake, and when I asked about it, the staff said that they cannot guarantee a lake view room, even though on the app, I clicked unlike your room and had to pay extra for it."

"The hostel atmosphere itself was great. It very safe to require a keycard to enter the premises. The rooms were maintained nicely and the layout was clean. I was in town for a conference down the street and got incredibly lucky to be placed in the same room as someone also attending the conference. I think my experience at the hostel was better because of that. I did find two of the female hostel staff to be rude. I had messaged the property Tuesday evening asking if a room would be available...

"I have stayed there couple of times. But this time we were assigned to a very small and dark room. It was not properly cleaned. The drainage in the bathroom was very bad. It got clogged."

"I purchased a Lake View Room, when I arrived they said my room was not available yet and moved me to another room. I could see the lake only if I stood behind the T.V. All three windows had no view at all. When I brought it up to staff they said that the room qualified as a Lake View and would not reimburse me or move me to another room. Minor inconveniences- the steamer in the room didn’t work well at all and menu options were limited in lobby restaurant with long service times. Location was convenient to public transportation.
