"Order a room through Expedia (third party app) and when i arrived the motel staff told me they hadn’t received the reservation for my room and they were having complications with booking through third party apps. They didnt have any extra rooms and it was just all over a horrible experience!"

"completely different experience from a hotel, better in a lot of ways. compromise on comfort and convenience, with big wins on pricing and opportunities to socialize with other travelers. if you're staying for business, pick a nice hotel. if you want to experience Chicago as a solo traveler, stay here."

"It was good! The building seem outdated and might not be the most modern same with the rooms but it was fine."

"No frills and thrills. Comfortable stay. When I checked in, there was garbage in the can in my room and something sticky on the closet door. Bathroom is tiny but clean and updated! Room cleaning comes later in the afternoon but appreciated. Staff friendly, pool and lounge chairs are a plus."

"We were a little surprised at how narrow the halls were, but this is an older building... A highrise! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable, although I was surprised that there was no refrigerator. We pre purchased the breakfast, which is provided in the neighboring restaurant, and we're delighted with the quality."
