"The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. They require a $300 deposit, which I thought was too much for just one night. I only slept there for about 6 hours. I wasn’t able to shower in the morning because of the shared bathroom situation. There were two other guests using the bathroom in the morning and I had to check out by 10am."

"The hotel was easy to find. The free Parking was a huge plus! Only 5 minutes walk to a CTA bus stop or Metra train. Our room was very clean. My only complaint was the lack of amenities. There wasn't even an ice or water machine, no vending machines, no breakfast. But if you just need a place to sleep while you explore Chicago by day then this place is perfect."

"Had to shut refrigerator off because when running the noise was loud. Restaurant had little staffing and therefore very slow. Fifthteen minutes to get service and cup of coffee."

However, the lobby felt a bit worn, and the coffee bar and main bar, despite being described as 24 hours, had limited operating hours.
