The room was super clean and very put together. The staff was wonderful. We took a train ride there and got there sooner than the check in time and they allowed us to check in early and even held onto our luggage while we waited for our room to be finished. The shower was super nice and so was their hygiene products offered! One thing I personally would love to see improve is their bedding and comforter material -something more cloud like and soft! Other than that, we had no complaints!

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are great, mine had two queens (party of three). As in inside facing room it was super quiet, which was very important. Everything is plush. Staff is great. FWIW, and this didn’t matter to me, as it’s in the financial district, there isn’t the same nightlife and dining choices, as it’s more of a work destination area. The Willis (FKA Sears Tower) is two blocks away. It’s only a 25 minute bus ride to 900 North. Millennium Park is a short walk directly east. We saw Phantom at the palace, a four block walk. Oh, and the Lavazza espresso maker is the bomb! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lovely get away

This is a beautiful hotel. Loved that it was away from the evening crowds. The staff are absolutely lovely - as are the rooms. The restaurant is small and the food is delicious.
