"I wanted to extend my stay in one day and was not able to do this online. I’ve asked the front desk multiple times to help out but they said they cannot and fully booked, though they did have empty rooms for the extra night. Very disappointing."

"I loved this hotel. Its probably the cleanest, quietest hotel ive stayed in. Its very secure. Very close to all the best places in Chinatown. Only down side is there is no included parking and there is no where to park in the neighborhood nearby. The Chinatown public parking lot is your best bet for overnight accommodations."

"Directions for parking not explained properly,there was no water available for purchase.Breakfast ten out at 8am and not replaced in a timely manner.Pool is too small and we were unable to enjoy it.Front desk was not accommodating.Overall bad experience"

"They limit interactions with guests as much as possible. They want you to mobile check in and not talk or deal with you directly. Issues with mobile check in and they acted like it was a hassle to help."
