"Affordable parking was difficult, we ended up using a third party for parking and got a ride to the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and all the staff were extremely friendly. We were very happy with the room we got for the price we paid. Breakfast was decent, and there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel for other meals. "

"This place is terrible once you booked with them and try to cancel right away they won’t refund you anything, also once you get to the front desk they scam you with so much more money as destination fee and other illegal fees and when you want to cancel the tell you it is nonrefundable One of the worst hotel in the city of Chicago. "We loved our stay here! Super convenient location to everything in downtown and Lake Michigan. The hotel was clean and well stocked and the high ceilings made the room feel much bigger. The bar downstairs was great and we were given free drink tickets each night."

"The hostel atmosphere itself was great. It very safe to require a keycard to enter the premises. The rooms were maintained nicely and the layout was clean. I was in town for a conference down the street and got incredibly lucky to be placed in the same room as someone also attending the conference. I think my experience at the hostel was better because of that. I did find two of the female hostel staff to be rude. I had messaged the property Tuesday evening asking if a room would be available...

"I was given the option to pay extra for a Lakeview for the room, which I did the room. I actually got there was no view of the lake, and when I asked about it, the staff said that they cannot guarantee a lake view room, even though on the app, I clicked unlike your room and had to pay extra for it."
