Clean, safe, great staff. Nice rooms. Great experience. Only complaint is having to walk down to the front desk with the masseuse after a massage to pay with a credit card, as they cant take payment with cards at the spa. Inconvenient

We had a great stay at Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan. Very good value for your money, with nice rooms and top notch service by the whole staff from the bellboys to the concierges. The view from the room was amazing and the hotel is located right next to a big mall.

Very good stay. We booked 6 rooms and a suite. Staff friendly and breakfast was excellent. Only felt that the bath towels were a little threadbare. Other than that everything is good

The pro: location is closed to a huge mall and eateries. Staff were courteous and attentive.Room has a pretty good sound proof. The cons: Shower was a bit mouldy. Tiles in the room was uneven with sharp edges which is dangerous.

Location is fantastic. Place is very happening. Turn right and walk down to first road juncion and turn right again and an entire street selling local stuff as well as a market. We booked 6 rooms and a suite. Rooms were very nice and staff very attentive. Only comment is the bath towels were a little threadbare. Other than that everything is very good!!!!
