"Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Ban‘s Diving Resort. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, absolut gepflegt und hat durch die dichte, grüne Bepflanzung einen richtig tollen, leichten Urwald-Charakter – man fühlt sich sofort wie im Paradies. Alles war super sauber und das Personal durchweg hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch die Lage ist top: Man ist superschnell im Geschehen und hat jede Menge Bars und Läden direkt in der Nähe, sodass abends nie Langeweile aufkommt. Zwei kleine Dinge sollte...

"The buggy system was cumbersome and inconsistent. Don’t think it was a personnel issues but just the system. Could be 2-20 mins different so was hard to plan when they would come. North was very good to us the entire trip! Bill was excellent with customer service the entire time. Khim was excellent at the pool and the tour to the islands."

"Das Frühstück war frisch und es gab für jeden etwas an Auswahl. Uns hat gestört, dass die Zimmer (wir hatten die Poolvilla) leider schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wer nicht viel Wert auf moderne Ausstattung legt, kann dort gut unterkommen. "

"We were disappointed overall, and do not feel this property lived up to the Ritz Carlton brand. It is a large property, well maintained, with spacious rooms, but we didn’t feel there was anything unique in the style of the buildings…..it didn’t feel like an authentic Thai experience. The lobby and restaurants are not air conditioned, and it was hot with lots of mosquitoes. The breakfast buffet was great, but our dinners were mediocre and we had to fight the bugs and could not enjoy our meals. ...
