"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "Late night into early am front desk staff very helpful day staff was short. My key card keep erasing and had to get it reset every day, not awful but annoying. Concierge and bell staff very helpful. Curtains in room were dirty the bathroom soap not refilled and the tub was very high from floor and slippery. Location was great"
