"This hotel was super clean and staff was friendly and nice. The street did have some construction but we enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back."

"Room was very clean. House keeping so nice. Front staff absolutely miserable other than the young man. We were supposed to check in at 4, and walked in at 5:30 and older woman said “your rooms not done, not sure when it will be.” Then proceeded to just sit in her chair and give us no update or anything. Elevators are very old and sketchy. Laundry was down. The lobby area smelled terrible because something leaked while we were there. Other than a beautiful pool area, definitely not a hotel to bring children to. "

"We’ve stayed here multiple times. Mostly great. They were fully booked while we were there. We had to call everyday for towels and to get dirty towels taken from our room, however, they were always quick to bring them when we called. Unfortunately, there were other “guests” or maybe randoms, who came through stealing our belongings poolside. The front desk didn’t know how to handle this crazy situation. There are cameras everywhere, but they weren’t up on how to use them for incidents like we encountered. Probably won’t go back due to feeling taken advantage of by other crazy guests. I didn’t feel safe and taken care of when this incident occurred. Probably due to riff raff in Daytona these days, The staff needs to be trained on how to handle these crazy situations their guests may encounter. Otherwise, a great stay. "

"Very dirty. Couldn’t open sliding door. Huge hole in the wall by sliding glass door. Super sorry carpet and bathroom. Roach infested. Staff was nice. We ate the coat prepaid a few nights and left on day two to a real hotel. Pictures very misleading except pool. Definitely going to be a Karen and call corporate about it all. Expedia needs to remove them. This place is nasty "

"The staff was really nice. The beach view was great. The room had the air conditioning not working as powerful, but they immediately replaced it and it was ice cold. The only thing that I will say is the parking is kind of minimal and inconvenient. all around it was a good stay though.. I would book it again."

"The hotel is very nice. The food in the restaurant is very good. During our stay approx 80-90% of the guests were cheerleaders for a competition. The bar/restaurant staff would not allow the cheerleaders to use the tables in the restaurant for food they brought in even though there was no one there to use them. This seems like a silly rule for guests that are almost fully funding the resort for the week. Some flexibility should be allowed. I would also like to add that the gym equipment is missing some key attachments. The cable weight machine is not usable without these attachements. The equipment was in the same state last year when we visited. I discussed this with maintenance last year and also this year but no improvements have been made. "
